Record Screens & Menus

(Note: Please excuse the quality of these screen captures, Sony does not provide an Audio/Video cable with the A33, so we had to photograph the LCD.)

This is the A33 in Live View mode. The LCD offers a wide range of information to choose from. You can change the amount of information displayed onscreen by pressing the DISPlay button. The above animation shows the different options you may choose from; including the digital level feature.

Here you can see the virtual Mode Dial, which shows you brief descriptions of the modes as you rotate the mode dial on the camera.

Here we show what happens when you half-press the shutter release, and autofocus is successful. The AF points turn green, and a green AF successful dot is displayed in the lower left.

The scene position on the mode dial will bring up the selections shown above. This is an easier way to create the best shot possible without having to manually change settings.
