Pentax Optio WG-10 Review

Along with the announcement of of their top-of-the-line WG-3 FPS model, Pentax has also introduced an affordable lifeproof camera; the Optio WG-10. While not as glamorous as the WG-3 GPS, the 14-megapixel WG-10 still offers some tough features that are sure to please; especially if you are on a tighter budget, or you're searching for a camera for that young person in your family.

This unit is still waterproof down to 33 feet, shockproof from a 5 foot drop, coldproof down to 14 degrees F, dustproof, and crushproof up to 200 LBF (pound-force). Some more basic features include a 2.7-inch LCD screen, a 5x optical zoom lens, LED macro lights mounted around the lens bezel (like we've seen on past models), intelligent exposure control, and 720p HD video recording.
