Record Screens & Menus

While shooting with the OVF, the camera's LCD display is capable of showing you a slew of information. Pressing the INFO button allows you to change between the different screens above. You will find easy access to most of the popular camera settings as well as an electronic level with horizon display.

"Green" mode is the K-3's automatic shooting mode. With this mode, the camera will take care of all of the settings for you, allowing you to point-n-shoot with no worries. The screen above and the rest below show the camera's Live View capabilities. All of the shooting information and other information including the electronic levels.

Program mode is another automatic shooting mode that gives the user control over most of the settings, but leaves the camera to set the exposure information. This allows for more control and creativity with point-n-shoot ease.

Manual mode, along with aperture priority, shutter priority and some other combination modes give you total control over the camera. Here you have full creativity and the ability to handle any shooting situation.

The 4-way controller acts as a shortcut to the camera's flash, white balance, picture control and burst/self-timer shooting modes. It also allows you to navigate the menu system and make your selections.
