    Flash - Auto, Auto w/Red-eye, Forced, Forced w/Red-eye, Slow sync, Slow sync w/Red-eye
    D.Red-Eye - On or Off
    Flash Sync - 1st, 2nd
    Flash Adjust - ± 2 in 1/3 increments
    I.Exposure - Off, Low, Standard, High
    Ex. Opt. Zoom - On, Off
    Digital Zoom - Off, 2x, 4x
    Burst Rate - High, Low

    PRE AF - Off, Q-AF, C-AF
    Direct AF Area - Off or On
    Focus Priority - On or Off

    EXPO. Settings - Switch by pressing front dial or switch by pressing LVF/LCD button
    Dial Guide - On or Off
    Menu Resume - Brings you back to the last menu item you adjusted. On or Off
    Pixel Refresh - perform optimization of imaging device and image processing, along with the dust reduction
    Shoot W/O Lens - On or Off

The My Menu function remembers that last 5 items that were used, so you can easily recall frequently used settings.

    World Time - Allows you to set your home time but still see the different times from around the world
    Fn button set - Metering (default), I.Exposure, Quality,, Aspect Ratio, Guide Lines,
    Auto Review - Review: Off, 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec, Hold - Zoom: Off, 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec
    Highlight - Off or On
    Economy - Toggle Power Save and Auto LCD Off settings
    Monitor - Adjust the brightness of the monitor
    LCD Mode - Off, Auto adjust, Manual adjust
    Number Reset - Yes or No
    Reset - Resets camera to original defaults
    Beep - Off, Low, High
    TV Aspect - 4:3 or 16:9
    HDMI mode - Auto, 1080i or 480p
    VIERA Link - Enable remote control via VIERA Link using the HDMI mini cable
    Language - Choose from 6 different languages
    Version Display - Tells the current version of the firmware for the Body and Lens
    Scene Menu - Auto or Off
    USB Mode - Select on Connection, PC, PictBridge (PTP)
    Format - Format the memory card
