In Playback mode Fujifilm can show your photos stored on the memory card in thumbnail grid mode. With a single image displayed on the screen, roll the command dial on the upper right of the back of the camera to the left. You'll see a 3x3 grid of thumbnail images followed by a 10x10 thumbnail grid. Roll the dial back to the right to reduce the number of thumbnail grid options. With an image highlighted, you can press the OK button to see it in full screen view.

The X-A3 also has a magnifying option in Playback mode. With a single image displayed on the LCD, roll the command dial on the upper right of the back of the camera to the right to magnify the image. A white outlined rectangle will appear in the lower right corner of the screen, representing the full image. (It disappears after a couple of seconds.) The smaller gray outlined box inside the larger one will indicate the portion of the image currently displayed on the screen. Use the four-way button to change the portion of the scene you can see. Twenty-one levels of magnification available.

You'll see two green play icon tabs in the upper left corner of the screen, which represent the two screens of Playback Menu options. (The blue wrench icon tabs represent the Setup Menu, which was discussed on the previous page of this review.)
