Canon PowerShot SD3500 IS Review

Review posted 3/24/2010

The biggest pro was the touch screen, I haven't been a fan of them in the past, but this one was very interactive. 14-megapixels and the 5x zoom made for awesome pictures.
The location of the flash is frustrating, not only did my finger continually cover it up, but when getting in close for a macro mode shot, the lens would cast a shadow over the subject.
Bottom Line
The SD3500 was a great camera to test. I was sold on the touch screen and the interactive "bumping" was a fun feature. Image quality and build quality are superb. Read our full Conclusion for more details.

ThePowerShot SD3500 is Canon's latest compact digital camera, with an awesome touch screen and a durable metal body. With a 5x zoom and 14-megapixels, you get close to the action and clear crisp images. The touch screen is the most responsive and diverse as I have seen. Even the little things like bumping the camera to advance through images make this camera a lot of fun to use.
