Playback Screens & Menus

Pressing the playback button on the back of the camera allows you to view all of the images that are saved on the camera's memory card. The INFO button on the back allows you to change the amount of information that is shown about your images, including a full-color histogram.

Pushing the zoom lever to the wide end takes the camera into index mode. Here you can easily search through all of the images that are stored on the SD card. Once you have found the image that you are looking for, you can use the SET button to bring it up full screen. Pressing the lever several times, you can change the amount of images that are shown at one time.

Pushing the zoom lever the other way (T) lets you zoom in on an image. Once you have zoomed in, you can use the 4-way controller to scroll around the image. This is a great way to check the focus and fine details of your images.

The quick menu offers the most common settings and options from the playback menu. This allows you to access them This allows you to spend less time flipping through menus and more time showing off your favorite images and videos.

Movies can be played back on the camera's LCD screen as well as any HDTV with an optional HDMI cable. The camera offers DVR-like controls allowing you to view the the video frame by frame and even includes a couple basic editing features allowing you to make some basic edits to your videos.

  • Date/Time - Set the Date and Time of the internal clock/calendar
  • Lens Retract - 0 sec., 1 min.
  • Language - Choose the menu language, 31 options
  • Mute - On, Off
  • Volume - Start-up Vol. (Level 0 to 5), Operation Vol. (Level 0 to 5), Self-timer Vol. (Level 0 to 5), Shutter Volume (Level 0 to 5)
