ZY Optics Launches Mitakon Speedmaster 65mm f/1.4 Lens for Fujifilm G Mount Cameras

ZY Optics has announced the release of its latest Mitakon lens. The new Speedmaster 65mm f/1.4 Lens is designed for use with Fujifilm GFX medium format mirrorless cameras.

The normal focal length prime lens offers a 50mm field-of-view and a bright f/1.4 aperture, making it well suited for low-light environments. In addition, the unit features an optics system constructed from 11 elements in 9 groups with 2pcs of HRI (High Refractive Index) & 2pcs of UD (Ultra-low dispersion). Likewise, the lens incorporates a rounded nine-blade diaphragm to provide bokeh effects. The lens enclosure is made of metal for improved durability and a built-in retractable lens hood is integrated into the design as well
