Tips for Better Fireworks Photos

Tuesday is the 4th of July and for those of us here in the U.S. that means, picnics and fireworks and probably a rain shower or two. We can't help you with the picnic or the rain showers but our friends at Photobird.com have posted their Top 5 Tips for Shooting Fireworks to help photographers capture better event photos.

It is easier than you think to capture fireworks photos with today's digital cameras - my tips are (1) take a tripod, (2) use the self-timer and (3) take a lot of photos, you'll be surprised how many turn out OK but more is always better. And be sure that you have fresh batteries and a big memory card!
