The Official Portrait Of President-elect Barack Obama Captured Using Canon's 5D Mark II.

Change.gov announced the release of the official portrait of our new President, Barack Obama. The portrait was taken by the newly-announced official White House photographer, Pete Souza, using Canon's EOS Digital 5D Mark II dSLR. This is yet another first in history for the new President, as past photographs were primarily taken using film-based cameras.
