Mine can be used as a data-bank for storing large amounts of digital information, and as a backup device for all of the information stored on your PC. mine can plug- and-play with any Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows ME PC with no need to restart either device.

Transferring data between mine and a PC is extremely fast and could not be easier. The PC immediately detects mine as an external hard disk drive so you can transfer data to and from mine in exactly the same way you already do when copying files to and from a floppy disk--simply dragging and dropping the files where you want them.

Play and Record Audio

Mine is the ultimate full function audio player that plays both MP3 and WAV formats. With its enormous storage capacity you can carry hundreds of albums in your pocket and listen to them in clear digital stereo on the move through the headphones provided. Adjust the volume to one of 8 available levels, set the bass and treble levels, skip backward and forward through tracks and albums, or pause a track, all at the touch of a button.

Copying MP3 tracks from your PC or from another MP3 player into mine is quick and easy. You can also share tracks with your friends by connecting mine to their PC or MP3 player.

View Photographs

mine can download digital photographs directly from your digital camera through its USB port, storing the photographs in automatically created and managed albums. mine keeps all of these albums in one location so you do not need to worry about losing or misplacing your important photographs.

You can also copy digital photographs rapidly from your PC into existing photograph albums in mine, or create new albums to store them in.

Mine Online

Mine has been designed as a dedicated network and Internet device and so connection to any network is very simple whether connecting to a wireless local network or to a dial-up internet service provider. mine's overall vision is to provide a total information management service for all mine users. With mine online you can securely distribute, share, exchange and back up your data.

You can use mine to email photographs and audio tracks to your friends, family and colleagues. It is not necessary for you to enter their email addresses and details manually since mine is able to import your whole address book from the email software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook Express) on your PC.
