Sony Updates A900 and A850 Firmware
If you're using a Sony A850 or A900
you'll be glad to know that a new firmware update just released adds
a bit of extra functionality to your camera.For starters, the autofocus speed has been increased, and Sony says that this is most noticeable with a telescopic lens. The improvement varies based on your lens and shooting condition of course, but it's still a welcomed feature.
There are new exposure settings too, which help greatly when it comes to HDR photography. Rather than being able to adjust from +/- 3EV you can go form +/- 5EV. Exposure bracketing range has also been increased from +/- 4EV to +/-6EV.
