Sony Sells Most of their Creative Suite Lineup - including Sony Movie Studio, Vegas Pro, Sound Forge Pro, and Acid Pro - to MAGIX Software

sony_logo.jpegSony has shown a tendency to streamline its holdings over the past few years. For example, they've sold their Vaio Personal Computer Business.

Now, Sony has decided to sell the majority of their existing Creative Suite Lineup to MAGIX. The software that Sony is selling includes Sony Movie Studio, Sony Vegas Pro, and Sony Acid Pro.

We can only hope that this new sale will help Sony focus on the products that are market leaders, like the very full featured and diversified Digital Camera models they are offering, proving themselves to be market leaders.
