Sony Announces Expanded Pro Support & A New G Master Lens

Alongside this morning's Alpha 9 launch event, Sony was quick to showcase that, not only do they strive to make incredible camera systems, but the company also expressed their desire to work as closely as possible with their professional and enthusiast photographer customers.

Not only are they listening to the community's feedback while developing new gear, but they also plan to improve and increase the availability of Pro Support. And they're also giving us a stunning new G Master telephoto lens.

Sony Imaging Pro Support

Sony wants to make sure if you invest in Sony, you'll know they'll be there to support you with technical questions and repairs so you never miss a chance to work and/or capture that great shot. Along those lines, there's a new North American 24/7 call center, you can arrange for loaner gear if you're in the market to buy or if you gear is going to be in for a long repair, and, Sony's going to open up two new walk-in locations, in New York City and Los Angeles, where you'll be able to get support, arrange repairs, and test out the latest gear.
