Sigma has announced the release of its X3F Plug-in for Photoshop CC on Windows and Macintosh platforms. The RAW conversion plug-in allows DP Merrill series, dp Quattro series, SD1/SD1 Merrill, and sd Quattro series camera owners to process X3F files directly in Photoshop CC.

After installing the plug-in, users simply need to click on File, then navigate down to Import. A "Sigma X3F Plug-in for Photoshop" option will now be available. After selecting it, customers can browse for X3F files and open them. Once a file is selected, an Adjustment Dialogue is presented, asking for customers to choose Default camera setting, Capture setting, or Saved setting in SPP, along with the ability to adjust the X3 Fill Light. The file will then develop within Photoshop CC without the need for additional software.
