Sigma Acknowledges Auto-Focus Problems in Some Recent Lenses - Offers Fix

There's little worse than getting a new piece of gear and having it fail on you.  It's especially bad if it's a high-end lens.  But that's just what's happened to some Sigma lens owners.

According to the company, there are autofocus details in certain lenses that could greatly impair their use.  But Sigma is owning up to the error and offering a modification service to customers with the defective lenses - free of charge.
