Send Postcards From Your iPhone with Simply Postcards

This is another one of those things that really needs to make its way to digital cameras. The iPhone is a completely inferior solution when it comes to taking quality photographs, but there's so much you can do with it that can't be done with a point-and-shoot.

Simply Postcards is a new iPhone app that allows you to take a picture, add a note, and send a postcard to anyone in your address book. The postcard will ship out the next day and arrive at its destination two or three days after that.

It's an incredibly cool setup, especially if you're traveling outside of the states. Rather than trying to find a postcard with a great Eiffel Tower picture, for instance, you can take one yourself and instantly queue it to be sent to the folks at home.
