Sanyo Announces New Xacti VPC-HD1EX Media Camera

Following on the heels of the Xacti VPC-C6, Sanyo has officially announced (after a number of their websites around the world pre-released it) the new Xacti VPC-HD1EX, a 5-megapixel camera with a 10x optical zoom lens, tilting/rotating 2.2-inch OLED display and capable of capturing 1270x720 video at 30fps in stereo audio. It's about the same size and shape of its sibling C6 and C5 media cameras which is ultra-slim and very pocketable.
