SanDisk Shows off a Ridiculously Fast 128GB CF Card

We've been hearing about new improved standards that will help to increase card speeds for a while now, and we've been seeing some of the results, but the newest from SanDisk absolutely smashes the competition.

It's a 128GB (UDMA 7) card under the Extreme Pro label, and extreme is exactly the right word for it. The new card boasts transfer rates of up to 100MB a second. That's a full gig in ten seconds. Moving a DVD worth of content? It'll take just over a minute.

To put it in terms of the card, at max speed you can fill or empty the card in around twenty minutes. Considering the massive size of the card, that's blazingly fast.
