Samyang has revealed its first lenses designed for the Canon RF mount. The MF 14mm F2.8 RF and the MF 85mm F1.4 RF will both be available soon as part of the company's "Spring Collection."

The MF 14mm F2.8 RF is a manual ultra-wide-angle lens with a 115.7-degree wide angle of view, making it a great fit for landscape and interior photography. The lens features an optical design with 14 Elements in 10 Groups (ASP 1, H-ASP 1, ED 2, HR 3), along with 6 diaphragm blades. Likewise, the device incorporates Samyang's ultra-multi-coating technology to help reduce flare and ghost effects. In addition, the unit includes a lens hood to help block unwanted light and weather sealing for protection against light rain and snow.

Meanwhile, the MF 85mm F1.4 RF is a manual telephoto lens geared toward portrait photography. The lens features an optical design with 9 elements in 7 groups (H-ASP 1) to help reduce distortion and various aberrations. In addition, the device utilizes a round-shaped aperture with 8 curved blades for pleasing bokeh. And like the 14mm model, the unit also incorporates Samyang's ultra-multi-coating technology to help reduce flare and ghost effects, along with weather sealing for protection against light rain and snow.
