Samsung Updates Firmware for NX Series Cameras

samsung_nx11_slant_550.jpgUsually a firmware update adds a little bit of functionality or will fix some bugs, but the latest update from Samsung for their NX10 and NX100 cameras brings quite a bit to the table.

For starters, Samsung has added Optical Image Stabilization when using their 50-200mm II lens. Simply select it from the menu and you're good to go. Then they made some enhancements to the contrast autofocus system, including improved AF during movie recording.

Both the NX10 and NX100 have also received Samsung's Panorama Shot Scene mode for capturing vast landscapes, along with the same i-Function help guide found on the newer NX11.
