Ricoh Imaging unveils the Pentax K-S1 DSLR

Pentax_K-S1_black.jpgRicoh has just released a new Petnax branded DSLR, the K-S1. Featuring a newly developed 20-megapixel APS-C sized CMOS image sensor, the K-S1 combines mid-class DSLR camera performance with their proven imaging technology to provide a product that will appeal to new DSLR owners. The K-S1's feature set builds upon it's big brother, the popular K-3 we tested earlier this year, with high-quality features like their new "flat field user interface", an all glass pentaprism viewfinder, a 3.0-inch (921k dot) LCD screen, 1/6000 of a second maximum shutter speed, and compatibility with their optional Flucard Wi-Fi device. All of these great features are packed into a body that's available in three "standard" colors (black, blue, and white), as well as two "color collection" options: Fabric Collection (4 unique colors, like tweed gray) and Night Sky Collection (5 elegant colors, like Midnight Black).
