Professor Plans to Mount a Camera in His Head - For Real
The camera in Bilal's head will take pictures once every minute. Those pictures will then be fed to monitors at a museum in Qatar. It's an art piece from Bilal that's entitled "The 3rd I," and is described as "a comment on the inaccessibility of time, and the inability to capture memory and experience."
Since he works at a university, there will be certain restrictions to the project. He'll have to wear a lens cap or even turn off the camera while at the school - discussions are still underway.
Whether you're struck dumbfounded or inspired by Bilal's new project, you've got to admit it's a first.
