Photoshop Touch Now Avaialble for iPhones and Android Phones

When Photoshop Touch initially launched it was only for tablets, but smartphone owners can finally get their hands on the portable image editing software. Like the full and tablet versions, you'll have access to layers, selections, filters, and the usual assortment of tools.

If you already use Photoshop Touch on one of your other devices, you'll be happy to know that the app will sync between them. You'll also get a Creative Cloud account with your purchase. You can pick up Photoshop Touch on the App Store or Google Play for $4.99.
