Over 7,000 People Tagged in World Record Photo
Every once in a while something will happen that really shows just how far the world has come in the last few decades, or even the last few years. While tagging photos may not seem like much, it's incredibly impressive when done on a massive scale.A company called Orange helped put together the 1300 megapixel photo that's made the record books. Taken at the Glastonbury festival in England, this photo features over 70,000 people - over 8,000 of whom have taken the time to identify themselves.
That's 8,000 people now connected in
some way through digital photography that analog photography could
never hope to do. It's an absolutely stunning accomplishment.
You can check out the photo for yourself, and tag it with your name if you were there, over at Glastonbery's GlastoTag.
