Olympus Updates the Olympus Viewer Application and Zuiko Digital ED 70-300mm F4.0-5.6 Lens
Olympus has launched a pair of new
firmware updates that improve performance of not only a lens
but their Olympus Viewer software as well. You'll find the full
update notes and links to said updates below. To update the lens
firmware, either download and install from the link provided, or
start up the software that came with your Olympus camera and select

- Improved focusing during MF operation.
- Support for the movie format (mov) from the recent Olympus camera introductions
- Ability to upload images to Facebook and Flickr
- Added function to limit uploads to only those files marked for upload in the camera
- Added "Insert Text" function to "Image Edit" window
