Olympus has detailed the latest addition to its lineup of Micro Four Thirds camera lenses. The new M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-200mm F3.5-6.3 (35mm equivalent 24-400mm) is set to launch in late March for an MSRP of $899.99.

Designed more for enthusiasts or anyone looking for an all-in-one travel lens, this super telephoto zoom lens features a 16.6x zoom -- the current highest magnification zoom available on an interchangeable lens for mirrorless systems. Meanwhile, the unit incorporates a compact, dustproof, and splashproof design making it suitable for use in a variety of environments, along with Olympus' ZERO (Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical) coating to minimize ghosting and flares. I addition, the device offers high-speed, high-precision auto-focusing capabilities, including an MSC (Movie and Still Compatible) mechanism for quick, smooth, and quiet performance when recording videos.
