Olympus Releases Firmware Update for the E-P1

Olympus-EP-1.jpgOlympus rolled out a firmware update to improve performance for the E-P1 today.  The update also affects the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 and M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 17mm F2.8 lenses.  The 1.1 update is designed to improve the camera's continuous AF (C-AF) operation and the lenses will receive an enhanced autofocus performance.  The update can be downloaded via Olympus Master software after connecting the camera to your computer.  Select "Update Camera" in the service menu and the update will automatically install on the camera.  This update is completely free for all Olympus E-P1 owners.
