Olympus Announces Three New Compact Digicams

Early this morning Olympus unveiled three new compact digicams, the SZ-10, VG-110, and VR-320. The SZ-10 and VR-320 are two 14-megapixel super-zoom models, each offering some appealing features stuffed inside their petite frames. The SZ-10 boasts an 18x optical zoom, a high resolution 3.0-inch LCD, TruePic III+ image processor, and 8 Magic Art Filters, while the VR-320 sports a 12.5x optical zoom, standard resolution 3.0-inch LCD, 7 Magic Art Filters, and a more compact body. Both models also offer 720p HD video recording.

The VG-110 is an entry-level digicam that is built with affordability in mind. Offering just what you need, and nothing more, the VG-110 is for those who want a small pocket camera for taking snap shots of friends and family, with no complicated settings. With 12-megapixels, a wide view 4x optical zoom, and fully automatic operation, this unit is as simple as they come. All for under $100 US.
