Olympus Puts Digital Photography Lessons Online and Announces 512MB xD-Picture Cards Are Coming

Olympus America now has online photo lessons for those wishing to get more out of their digital cameras. Learn the basics through step-by-step tutorials produced by Web Photo School. These lessons are geared specifically towards nine different Olympus camera models that can be selected via a dropdown menu.

We have seen the news previously on a couple of Japanese digicam sites and now Olympus America has confirmed that the higher capacity 512MB xD-Picture Card media will be showing up here stateside very soon. xD has already surpassed the 128MB "barrier" that the older SmartMedia cards hit and this is further proof that we will see the promised higher capacity with this new media.
