Olympus EVOLT E-300 Firmware v1.3 Update

Olympus America has posted the EVOLT E-300 firmware v1.3 update which includes all previous updates and adds:
  • It is now possible to set the interval between pressing a button and when the control dial can be operated.
  • Stability of Digital ESP and Center-weighted average metering has been improved.
  • Two scene modes, Underwater Macro and Underwater Wide*, have been added. (*When taking pictures, the optional PT-E01 underwater housing must be attached.)

E-300 users should connect their camera via the USB cable and open either the Olympus Viewer 1.1 or Studio 1.1 software and go to Help/Update Firmware.
