Nikon Announces New Lightweight DSLR: the Nikon D5600

Nikon has just unveiled their latest mid-range D-series DSLR, the Nikon D5600. Being touted as a "compact and lightweight" camera, the D5600 is loaded up with some appealing features for a camera in this category.

Nikon's D5000 series of cameras are aimed at those who are looking to upgrade from their entry-level DSLR or ILC, while not going for a full professional series cameras. The D5000 series offers more robust performance and expanded control over the exposure process, when compared to entry-level offerings, without the professional level pricing.

  • Vari-angle, touchscreen LCD
  • Wi-Fi + BLE (Bluetooh Low Energy) connectivity
