NEC Releases Ultra-Accurate SpectraView Reference Monitors

When it comes to the editing of digital images, color accuracy is essential.  A monitor that's not accurate means you're getting photos that aren't accurate, and that can mean a huge difference in your end product.

NEC's new monitors are designed to be as accurate as possible.  They pack 14-bit LUT for each RGB channel, Digital Uniformity Control that keeps colors the same everywhere on the screen and a monitor shield to keep unwanted light away from your screen.

"It is exciting to see these superb monitors become available," says Color Confidence Technical Director Simon Prais, adding that "photographers and designers really do get the opportunity to take advantage of displays that do their creative talent real justice."
