Mykea Puts Your Photos on Your Ikea Furniture

There's no debating that Ikea makes some stylish furniture at an affordable price, but it's easily identifiable and fairly common in a new apartment or house. After a while, it all seems a bit samey.

A new site called Mykea offers custom designs for Ikea furniture which can be ordered in the form of specially cut vinyl stickers that give your furnishings a bit of an edge. That's all well and good, but here's where it gets really exciting.

If you've got a design you'd like to see, or a photo you'd like to put on your furniture, you're more than welcome to sign up and upload it. You can even open up your design to be purchased by others and you'll get a cut of the sale price.
