Sacramento, California based Liquid Image has just announced that their latest HD Video/Camera diving mask has passed FCC regulations, and is scheduled to start shipping this fall.

The Scuba Series HD320 offers some cool features, like:

• 5-megapixel (2560x1920) still image capture
• Certified up to depths of 115 ft. (35m)
• Cross-hair marks for easy framing
• LED mode indicators
• Micro SD/SDHC card slot (2GB card included)
