Leica Launches the Affordable V-Lux 30 Compact Camera
Leica's new V-Lux 30 is equipped with a 15.1 MP sensor (14.1 effective) and boasts a 16x Leica lens. The company says the DC Vario-Elmar F3.3-5.9, 24-384mm equivalent lens makes the V-Lux 30 an incredibly versatile camera.
Of course, as with most modern cameras, the V-Lux does more than just shoot still pictures. It has a burst mode that allows you to capture up to ten images a second at full resolution, and offers the ability to shoot 1080i video.
You can find out more about the V-Lux 30 from Leica's website. The camera will be available in June at a price of $749.
