Konica Minolta Shows Maxxum 7 / Dynax 7 Digital SLR

Minolta Maxxum7 Digital Last night Konica Minolta showed us their upcoming Maxxum 7 (Dynax 7 in Europe and areas other than N. America and Japan) Digital SLR camera which is due in "Fall 2004." This interchangeable lens dSLR features a 6-megapixel APS size sensor with an integrated anti-shake system that works with all lenses. Many details are still "in development" at this time but we do know that it will have a 9-point AF system with selectable AF modes, a 14-segment honeycomb-pattern metering system, a 2-inch color LCD, exposure mode and drive mode dials, front and rear command dials, eye-start sensor, and is compatible with lenses made for the Maxxum series of Minolta 35mm film cameras.
