JVC Shows Off the First Full HD 3D Camcorder

The new GS-TD1 is JVC's latest contribution to the camcorder market and the first Full HD 1080p 3D camcorder that's actually affordable.

JVC's 3D creation offers 5x optical zoom, dual backlit CMOS image sensors and a new Falconbrid imaging engine designed to bring a 1080i signal to each eye. It also sports a 3.5 inch glasses-free 3D LCD touchscreen monitor.

In addition to video, the GS-TD1 gives you the ability to shoot 3D stills and even create a 3D time-lapse recording. It even comes with software designed for editing, sharing and archiving.

You'll be able to check out the GS-TD1 when it ships in March at a price of under $2,000.
