One of which is Canon's new EOS Digital Rebel T3i. This unit builds on a line of high-quality, yet affordable digital SLRs that have lead the market for many years. The T3i is no exception, with a very appealing features set, which includes an 18-megapixel CMOS imager, DIGIC 4 processor, 3.7fps burst mode shooting, a fast 9-point AF system, broad shutter speed and sensitivity ranges, an articulating 3.0-inch LCD screen with 1.04 million dots, and full 1080p HD video capture to name a few. Replacing the T2i from last year, the T3i adds some welcomed new features; while still offering the performance and quality we've come to expect from this series.
