Jobo, Digital Frame Maker, Enters Insolvency

You may be familiar with Jobo's photoGPS units, photo scanners or darkroom products.  More likely though, you've seen Jobo picture frames.  The most recently released - the Nano series - was particularly impressive.

Things are looking grim for the German company though, as they've been declared insolvent.  No longer able to pay their debts, insolvency proceedings have been initiated and a provisional liquidator has been assigned.

Insolvency doesn't always mean the end of a company.  According to modern practices, it can often act more like a restructuring.  No matter the outcome though, things are looking pretty bleak for Jobo.
