InvenSense to Demo Gyro-Based BlurFree IS Technology at PMA 07
PMA 2007 -- SANTA CLARA, Calif. --InvenSense today announced it will demonstrate its gyro-based BlurFree™ image stabilization technology with Zoran’s COACH image processor at the Photo Marketing Association (PMA) show, March 8 to 11, in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, Tech Suite X122.InvenSense’s BlurFree technology provides superior image quality by using a gyroscope to accurately track the movement of the camera caused by the natural hand shake of the user. The BlurFree technology converts the gyroscope’s output and synchronizes the information with the camera shutter and image sensor in real time to select the best quality picture. The result is sharp pictures that are typical of more expensive mechanical image stabilization systems.
