FujiFilm Updates their X-T series of Compact, Yet Powerful ILC Cameras with the New X-T20 - Along with a New Fujinon XF50mmF2 R WR Lens

X-T20_Silver_Front_1000px.jpgFuji has just released an update to their highly favored, mid-level X-T series ILC, with the new X-T20. Replacing the X-T10 from 2015, the X-T20 has received various upgrades to bring it up to speed for 2017.

Namely, the X-T20 has received an updated X-Trans CMOS image sensor, of the APS-C variety, which offers an additional 8-megapixels of resolution compared to its predecessor. They've also added their latest X Processor Pro processing chip, which is the same unit used in all of their new X, X-T, and new GF series products.

Fuji notes that this is a "mid-telephoto lens that is designed to deliver the very best results from Fujifilm's unique X-Trans CMOS sensor."

The all metal and glass lens offers a quality, elegant feel in your hands, and is comprised of 9 elements in 7 groups (with one ED lens). Like the X-T20, this lens offers weather and dust resistance, making it ideal for those on the go.
