FujiFilm Unveils New Ultra-Compact Z-series Model

Today, FujiFilm did a surprise announcement of an all new Z-series FinePix model, the Z900EXR. Sporting many of the same features found on the Z800EXR from late last year, the Z900 has been upgraded with a new 16-megapixel EXR CMOS imager, a broader zoom range from the 5x Fujinon lens (28-140mm), an enhanced version of their EXR Auto mode, and Full 1080p HD video recording with stereo sound to name a few.

The Z900EXR should start hitting dealer's shelves sometime in May (2011), with a MSRP of $279.95 US. You can choose from Black, Red or Blue, making it simple to match the Z900EXR to your favorite wardrobe.
