Fuji Japan Announces New DS-230HD

Fuji Japan has announced the latest in their line of ruggedized digicams, the new DS230HD is a 1.5 megapixel camera with a resolution of 1280 x 1024. Other specs include: 28mm (35mm equiv) lens, F2.6 or F7.2 selectable aperture, 1/4 - 1/2000 sec shutter speeds, ISO 125, and a 1.8" color TFT LCD display. The DS230HD is a weatherized camera that is perfectly suited for industrial use or a weekend at the beach. It is water resistant, not water proof so it cannot be used as an underwater camera.
