FotoWeek DC International Award Competition Starts Now

The folks at FotoWeek DC have launched their fourth annual International Awards Competition where photographers from around the globe are able to compete for cash prizes.

There are a total of 11 different categories for the main contest, including commercial, fine art, travel, portrait and more. Photograph series can be submitted in certain categories, so check the rules to make sure. First place in any of these categories nets you a cool $1,000.

In addition to those, there will be a student category and a mobile phone category highlighting the best photography created with a very limited tool.
