Firmware Updates for Canon EOS-1D Mk IIN and 5D

Canon Japan has posted the following firmware updates for EOS digital SLR cameras:

EOS-1D MkII N firmware v1.0.2 which includes the following improvements:
- Fixes a file-numbering error that occurred during Bulb shooting.
- Improves the brightness of the LCD monitor.
- Fixes mistakes in the Russian-language MENU displays.

EOS 5D firmware v1.0.3 which incorporates the following improvements:
- Fixes the phenomenon of large image files (1.7GB) being created.
- Improves the brightness of the LCD monitor.
- Fixes an operational abnormality in the AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) shooting.
- Fixes the mistakes in the Swedish-language MENU displays.
