Facebook Group Reunites Owners with Photos Lost in Tornadoes

Between all the news about new lenses and software updates, every once in a while you run across a story that really warms the heart. This is one of those.

In the wake of severe tornado activity, a new Facebook page has been established to help people find photos that were lost. Over 1,500 photos and documents are currently online, with more coming constantly. People are free to post photos on the page along with contact information should somebody wish to retrieve the photos.

PetaPixel reported earlier this week that the page was removed by Facebook. If that's the case, then a new one has been created to serve the same purpose. It's even expanded from the original purpose. License plates, tools and even toys have been put up on the site.
