Epson Details New EcoTank Wireless Monochrome All-in-One Supertank Cartridge-Free Printers

Epson has announced the latest additions to its EcoTank lineup of cartridge-free printers. The new collection includes the EcoTank ET-M3170, EcoTank ET-M2170 and EcoTank ET-M1170 Wireless Monochrome All-in-One Supertank printers.

Epson's new EcoTank wireless black and white all-in-one supertank printers feature the company's PrecisionCore printing technology, enabling cartridge-free printing. Each model uses an easy-to-fill, supersized ink tank capable of holding enough ink to print up to 6,000 pages via ultra-high-capacity replacement ink bottles. According to Epson, these low-cost replacement bottles enable high print volume small business and home office users to save up to 75 percent when compared to mono laser toner. In addition, the units support auto 2-sided printing, wireless printing from smartphones and tablets, voice-controlled printing, Wi-Fi Direct, and Ethernet. A 250-sheet paper tray is included as well, and the printers utilize compact, space-saving designs.

The Epson ET-M3170 ($449.99 MSRP), ET-M2170 ($399.99 MSRP), and ET-M1170 ($349.99 MSRP) will be available exclusively via on May 7. In addition, the printers will also be available at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores nationwide on June 16.
