Eight New Coolpix Cameras From Nikon Announced

Last night Nikon USA introduced eight new Coolpix cameras, ranging from compact and affordable to versatile low-light cameras and super-zooms. The line-up include the Coolpix P500, P300, L24, L120, S6100, S3100, S4100, and S9100.

Most of these models offer either 12 or 14-megapixel sensors, with the exception of the S6100 which sports 16-megapixels of resolution. Nikon has packed their latest technologies into each of them, with several of the cameras including their new Hybrid VR system, Vari-angle 3.0-inch LCD screens, Pet Portrait mode, Easy Auto, Backlight HDR, and full 1080p HD video recording to name a few; included features depends on the model.
