DreamWorks is Making a Movie about Kodachrome Film

Kodachrome-Movie.jpgIf this news had come out a few days ago, we would have written it off as yet another April Fool's joke. However, it appears that the legendary Kodak Kodachrome film will live on - in film.

Author Jonathan Tropper has been picked up to write the script for a movie based on the demise of Kodachrome. The plot will focus on a father and son on their way to Dwayne's Photo to have their final rolls of film developed.

There's not much word on development - Hollywood likes to play things close to the chest until it's time to start promoting. However, Shawn Levy, director of 'Night at the Museum' and 'Date Night' has been named as a possible director choice.
